INSTRUMENTATION TUBE FITTINGS
Tylok International, Inc. presently offers CBC-Lok (double ferrule) and CS-Lok (single ferrule) compression tube fittings. Both fitting lines are manufactured to the highest quality standards and are interchangeable with industry standard designs. All Tylok fittings are proudly manufactured in the USA.
CBC-Lok Tube Fittings are completely interchangeable with the tube fittings of Swagelok and Parker A-Lok.
CS-lok Tube Fittings are completely interchangeable with the tube fittings of Parker CPI.</p
ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS
GP Series Ball Valvescome with integral compression tube ends, FNPT and MNPT connections. They are rated to 2,000 PSI and are available in stainless steel in sizes 1/4” through 1”. For general purpose applications, the GP Series is a cost competitive ball valve option.
HP Series Ball Valvesare rated at 5,000 PSI with standard PCTFE seats. These valves are assembled and 100% tested upon order, allowing for a number of combinations of compression tube ends, MNPT and FNPT connections. Available in sizes 1/8” through 3/4" in stainless steel and brass, the HP Series is a robust, high pressure ball valve.
3-Piece Ball Valveshave an 8-bolt construction that allows for in-line repair. A variety of seat and seal options are available to accommodate your specific application. Available in stainless steel in sizes 1/4" to 1”. Additional features include ASME B16.34 compliance, standard locking lever handle and available Fire Safe to API 607.
Needle Valves have a standard 10,000 PSI pressure rating and come in tube compression ends, MNPT and FNPT. Available in stainless steel, brass and carbon steel in sizes 1/8” through 1”. Additional features include multiple stem seal and handle options, panel mounting and both hard and soft seat designs.
Plug Valves are rated at 3,000 PSI and have a compact design. These valves feature a single piece body construction with a replaceable plug assembly. Available in stainless steel in sizes 1/8” through 3/8” in tube compression, MNPT or FNPT ends.
QC Series Quick Connectshave redundant o-ring seals that provide quick leak-tight connections in vacuum or pressure systems. Available in stainless steel in sizes 1/8” through 3/8”. Pressure ratings to 3,000 PSI and vacuum to 50 millitorr.
PTFE-lined Flexible Metal Hoseis available in multiple end connections in both standard and custom lengths. Working pressures up to 3,000 PSI with sizes ranging from 1/4” to 1”.
Pipe Fittings are available in a variety of configurations, including elbows, tees, crosses, reducers, bushings, hex nipples, pipe plugs, and more. Available in stainless steel, brass and carbon steel in sizes 1/16” through 1”.
