For more than 70 years MKS Pipe and Valve has made a commitment to our customers to provide exceptional and dependable service. We have also made commitments to our employees and our community to be leaders when it comes to the health and welfare of our workforce and neighbors.

In light of recent events, we felt it was time to renew our commitments with an emphasis on how we conduct business in this new environment.

Health and Safety First

For all who come into contact with MKS Pipe and Value, you will notice changes in how we operate on a daily basis. These changes are intended to protect our employees, customers, suppliers and vendors. We have taken monumental steps to implement new procedures and to follow guidelines that keep our environment safe.

Rest assured that we will continue to monitor our workplace and our employees to find additional ways we can promote safety and wellness while continuing to be the most dependable supplier of PVF products in the region.

New Investment in Technology

MKS recently embarked on one of our most significant investments in technology in recent years. Our new website with e-commerce capabilities will make it even easier for our customers to do business with us.

Our intention was to streamline our services and add efficiency to our customers’ purchasing process. We recognize now that this investment in technology, combined with other improvements, will be necessary as we all operate in a changing economy.

The new website is a work in progress. We want all our customers to be satisfied so please share your experiences with us and help us toward continuous improvement.

Managing the Supply Chain

Disruption in the supply chain has impacted almost every industry and service. MKS is no different but we have minimized any disruption by working diligently with our manufacturers and suppliers to keep the pipeline flowing.

We will pay attention to our supply lines and communicate frequently, with the hope that any disruptions will be anticipated and resolved so you, our customers, don’t bear any burden. We ask youto keep us informed as your business needs change over time so we can respond accordingly.

Customer service is a cornerstone of our organization. We think of ourselves as your business partner and will treat you as such. And we will focus on the basics of service and delivery excellence, knowing that is what you’ve come to expect from MKS for more than 7decades. Quality products at the right price and the utmost in personal service are at the core of our business – past, present and future.
